Shaheed Smriti Multiple Campus (SSMC), a Tribhuvan University affiliated community campus, is based at Ratnanagar municipality of Chitwan district. The campus offers a comprehensive range of academic programs, including three semester-based master’s degree programs, four yearly-based bachelor’s degree programs, three semester-based bachelor’s degree programs among which one is an academically autonomous bachelor’s degree program.
Shaheed Smriti Multiple Campus (SSMC), founded in 2037 B.S. (1980 A.D.) in the eastern region of Chitwan district, stands as a prominent and evolving institution committed to providing high-quality education services. SSMC offers a diverse range of academic programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels across multiple faculties, including Management, Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, Science and Technology and Information and Communication Technology. At the bachelor’s level, the campus provides programs such as Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Education (BEd.), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Financial Administration (BFA), and Bachelor in Information and Communication Technology (BICTE). Post-Graduate level programs include master’s degrees in Management, Education, and Humanities and Social Sciences. In the Faculty of Management, students may specialize in Accountancy, Financial Management, Administration, and Marketing. The Faculty of Education provides elective courses in Health Education, Educational Planning and Management, English Education, Nepali Education, Population Education, and Mathematics Education. The Faculty of Education further includes an ICT-based semester bachelor’s degree program, i.e. BICTE. Similarly, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences offers specialization options in Sociology, Population Studies, English, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), and Nepali.
